Business Terms
Distance contract for buying Ramble campaigns
Version in force from 30 October 2026
These terms are a distance contract between SIA "Korp Agency" and a business that creates and pays for a campaign in the Ramble business panel panel.ramble.global. Players are covered by separate terms of use. How we process personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
1. Service provider
1.1. The service is provided by SIA "Korp Agency" ("Ramble" or "we"), reg. No. 40203595782, legal address: "Jugla 1" - 8, Stopiņu pagasts, Ropažu novads, LV-2130, Latvia. SIA "Korp Agency" is not registered as a VAT payer.
1.2. Contact: info@ramble.global, phone +371 28309209. Languages of communication: Latvian and English.
2. Client
2.1. The client is a trader, self-employed person or organisation that registers in the Ramble business panel panel.ramble.global and buys a campaign for the purposes of its trade, business or profession.
2.2. When registering, the client provides the company name, registration number, legal address, VAT number (if any), and the name, email address and phone number of a contact person. We use this data on invoices and in communication. The client is responsible for keeping this data true and up to date.
2.3. The person placing the order confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of the client.
2.4. As Ramble campaigns are bought by businesses, the consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Law do not apply to this contract. If the service is nevertheless bought by a consumer, the consumer has all consumer rights provided by law, and these terms do not limit them.
3. The service
3.1. Ramble is a location-based city game in a Telegram app. The client creates a campaign: a task that players complete and a reward (coupon) that players then collect in person at the places specified by the client.
3.2. Campaign types:
- Instant Drop — a reward on the map at the client's place that can be collected straight away;
- Complete & Reveal — the reward is revealed after the task is completed;
- Live Drop — the reward appears on the map at a set time;
- Custom — an individual campaign under a separate agreement.
3.3. The campaign price includes: placement of the campaign in the app for the specified period, a number of places according to the campaign type (up to 5 in the first campaign, up to 10 in paid campaigns), an unlimited number of coupons, coupon verification and statistics in the panel.
3.4. The reward — a discount, product, gift or service — is chosen and provided to the player by the client itself and at its own expense. The Ramble price covers only the placement of the campaign, not the reward.
3.5. The client sets the campaign duration, places, reward validity period and conditions in the panel before payment and sees them in the order summary.
4. Prices
4.1. Prices are shown on the business page and in the panel before payment, in euros. As SIA "Korp Agency" is not a VAT payer, no VAT is added to the prices. If we become a VAT payer, we will show prices including VAT; the price of campaigns already paid for will not change. The binding price is the one shown in the order summary at the time of payment.
4.2. The first campaign for each business costs €1, whatever the campaign type. This price applies to one campaign per business (registration number).
4.3. There is no subscription; the client pays for each campaign separately. The price of a Custom campaign is set in an individual offer.
5. Order and payment
5.1. The client creates a campaign in the panel, checks the order summary and price, ticks the box to accept these terms and the privacy policy, and clicks "Pay".
5.2. Payments are processed by Klix, a payment service of AS "Citadele banka". The client can pay by the payment methods Klix offers, for example by payment card or online bank transfer. Payment card and online banking details are processed by Klix; Ramble does not receive or store them.
5.3. The contract for the specific campaign is concluded when Klix confirms the payment. The client then sees a payment confirmation in the panel, and we send a confirmation with the order details, the invoice and a link to these terms to the email address provided.
5.4. If the payment fails, no contract is concluded and the campaign is not placed.
6. Provision of the service (delivery)
6.1. We provide the service only electronically — the campaign is placed in the Ramble app. There are no delivery costs.
6.2. After payment, we review the campaign (moderation) within 1 business day. The campaign starts on the date chosen by the client, but not before moderation.
6.3. If the campaign does not comply with these terms, we inform the client and say what needs to be corrected. If the client does not correct the campaign or it cannot be corrected, we cancel the campaign and refund the payment in full.
7. Cancelling an order and right of withdrawal
7.1. As a business, the client does not have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the client may cancel a paid campaign at any time before it is published in the app — in the panel or by writing to info@ramble.global. We then refund the full amount paid.
7.2. Once the campaign is published, provision of the service has begun, so the client may pause or end the campaign, but the amount paid is not refunded, except in the cases listed in clause 7.3.
7.3. We refund the full amount, or the part corresponding to the unused period, if:
- through Ramble's fault, we do not publish the campaign within 5 business days after the start date chosen by the client;
- through Ramble's fault, the app does not work for more than 48 consecutive hours during the campaign;
- we suspend the campaign even though the client has not breached these terms.
7.4. As the service is digital, returning goods does not apply.
8. Refunds
8.1. We make refunds within 14 days from the day the campaign is cancelled or the grounds for a refund are established.
8.2. We refund the money using the same means of payment that was used for the payment (via Klix), unless we agree otherwise with the client. We do not charge any fee for refunds.
8.3. When making a refund, we issue a credit note.
9. Client's obligations and campaign content
9.1. The client ensures that every player who presents a valid coupon receives the promised reward in line with the conditions stated in the campaign.
9.2. Campaign content (texts, images, logos, rewards, tasks) must comply with the law, including the Advertising Law and the Unfair Commercial Practices Prohibition Law, and must not infringe the rights of third parties.
9.3. It is prohibited to create campaigns:
- in which the condition for receiving the reward is a purchase or submitting a receipt, and only some participants receive the reward by chance or through a competition (a prize lottery or gambling that requires a licence);
- whose rewards or content are alcoholic drinks, tobacco and nicotine products, energy drinks, gambling, weapons or other goods and services whose sale or advertising is restricted;
- that are misleading or offensive, or that encourage dangerous behaviour, for example entering private property.
9.4. If, in a task, a player chooses to give the client their contact details, the client processes them as a controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and its own privacy policy, and uses them only for the purpose the player agreed to.
9.5. We may refuse to approve or suspend a campaign that breaches this section. In the case of a material breach, the amount paid is not refunded.
10. Statistics and data
10.1. In the panel, the client sees campaign results in aggregated form (views, coupons collected and used, combined answers), from which no individual player can be identified.
10.2. We process the personal data of the client's representatives in accordance with the privacy policy.
11. Intellectual property
11.1. The client grants Ramble a free, non-exclusive right to use the client's name, logo and campaign materials in the Ramble app and on the website during the campaign. After the campaign ends, we may show them as an example if the client agrees.
11.2. The Ramble platform, brand and software belong to SIA "Korp Agency".
12. Liability
12.1. Ramble is not liable for the client's rewards, their quality or handing them out, or for how many players take part in a campaign; we do not guarantee any particular result.
12.2. Ramble's liability to the client is limited to the amount the client paid for the campaign concerned, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12.3. The client compensates Ramble for losses and third-party claims arising from the client's breach of clause 9.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
13.1. Send complaints in writing to info@ramble.global, stating the order and the nature of the complaint. We reply within 15 business days.
13.2. We settle disputes through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute is heard by a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian law.
14. Changes to the terms
14.1. We may change these terms by publishing the new version on this page and notifying clients by email at least 14 days in advance. Campaigns already paid for are governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
15. Applicable law and language
15.1. The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia.
15.2. These terms are available in several languages. If a language version differs from the Latvian text, the Latvian text prevails.
15.3. The version in force is always available on this page and can be saved or printed. We send the version the client agreed to in the payment confirmation email and on request.
