Ramble — Terms and Conditions

1. Who We Are

1.1 Ramble ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is operated by SIA Korp Agency, a company registered in the Republic of Latvia, registration number 40203595782, registered address: Ropažu nov., Stopiņu pag., "Jugla 1" - 8, LV-2130, Latvia.

1.2 Ramble operates as a Telegram Mini App — a gamified, location-based platform that allows players to explore their city, complete challenges, and earn real rewards from participating businesses.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Ramble platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 If you are under 16 years of age, you are not permitted to use Ramble under any circumstances.

2.3 You must have a valid Telegram account to access Ramble. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own Terms of Service, which are separate from these Terms.

2.4 Ramble is available to users in the European Union and globally. Certain features or campaigns may be restricted by geographic availability.

3. The Ramble Platform — How It Works

3.1 Ramble is a city game. Players use the platform to discover campaigns placed by participating businesses on a live map, complete challenges, and claim real prizes and rewards.

3.2 Campaign types available on the platform include:

• Instant Drop — a reward pin visible on the map that players claim by physically visiting the location
• Complete & Reveal — a reward unlocked after completing a task (quiz, QR scan, video, website PIN), with a prize pin then appearing on the map
• Live Drop Event — a timed competitive event where prize pins appear simultaneously for all eligible players at an announced date and time

3.3 Property Empire — Ramble includes a city-scale game layer where players may acquire virtual representations of real-world buildings using in-game currency (Gold). Virtual properties have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world assets.

3.4 Rewards and prizes offered through Ramble are provided by participating businesses, not by Ramble itself. Ramble acts as a technology platform connecting players and businesses. Ramble is not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of any reward offered by a participating business.

3.5 Ramble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3.6 Ramble reserves the right to modify campaign mechanics, Gold earning rates, building prices, and any other game economy parameters at any time without notice. Such changes do not entitle players to any compensation.

3.7 Ramble makes no guarantee that any specific campaign, reward, or prize will be available at any given time. Campaign availability is determined solely by participating businesses and may end without notice.

3.8 Ramble is not a lottery, gambling platform, or financial service. No real-world monetary value is attached to any in-game activity, currency, or reward mechanism operated directly by Ramble.

4. In-Game Currency and Virtual Assets

4.1 Gold is Ramble's in-game currency. Gold is earned through physical movement (distance travelled), completing campaigns and challenges, and participating in Live Drop Events.

4.2 Gold has no real-world monetary value. Gold cannot be sold, transferred for cash, or redeemed for real-world currency under any circumstances.

4.3 Virtual buildings and properties acquired through the Property Empire feature are virtual assets with no real-world value. They exist solely within the Ramble game environment.

4.4 Ramble reserves the right to adjust, modify, or reset in-game currency balances and virtual asset values at any time as necessary for game balance and economic stability.

4.5 Upon termination of your account, all Gold, virtual properties, and in-game progress will be permanently deleted.

5. Location Data and Privacy

5.1 Ramble requires access to your device's location services to function. By using Ramble, you consent to the collection and processing of your location data as described in this section and in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 We collect and process the following data about you:

• Your real-time GPS position when the app is active (Active Mode)
• Your approximate position based on check-in points (Passive Mode)
• Movement patterns and distances travelled within the platform
• Proximity to campaign pins and business locations
• How many times you have viewed a campaign pin on the map
• How many times you have clicked or interacted with a campaign pin
• Whether you have completed a campaign task or challenge
• Whether you have claimed or requested a reward
• Whether you have physically visited a campaign location (GPS verified)
• Whether you are a new or returning player on any given campaign
• Your response time to campaigns and Live Drop Events
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• In-app behaviour patterns for fraud detection and platform improvement

5.3 We use your location data for the following purposes:

• Verifying physical presence at campaign locations (GPS verification)
• Calculating distances travelled for Gold rewards
• Displaying relevant campaigns and prizes near your location
• Providing analytics to participating businesses (anonymised and aggregated where possible)
• Improving platform functionality and gameplay experience
• Fraud detection and prevention

5.4 Data shared with businesses: Participating businesses receive analytics data relating to campaign performance. This includes anonymised data such as how many players visited their location, redemption rates, and campaign engagement metrics. We do not share your personally identifiable information with businesses without your explicit consent.

5.5 Data retention: Location data is retained for a maximum of [12] months from the date of collection, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@ramble.global.

5.6 Your location data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. The legal basis for processing your location data is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of the contract between you and Ramble (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5.7 You have the right to withdraw your consent to location data processing at any time by disabling location permissions in your device settings. Withdrawal of consent will prevent you from accessing core platform features.

6. Your GDPR Rights

6.1 As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction — you may request that we limit processing of your data
• Right to data portability — you may request your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

7.1 By using Ramble, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7.2 You agree NOT to:

• Use Ramble while operating a motor vehicle, bicycle, or any vehicle in a manner that endangers yourself or others
• Trespass on private property, restricted areas, or locations where access is prohibited in order to claim a reward
• Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial means to simulate movement, generate fake GPS data, or manipulate in-game currency
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or in-game assets to other users
• Harass, threaten, or interfere with other players
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure

7.3 Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice and without refund of any kind.

7.4 Ramble reserves the right to disqualify any player from any campaign or Live Drop Event at its sole discretion if fraudulent behaviour, GPS manipulation, or unfair play is suspected. Ramble's decision in such matters is final and not subject to appeal.

7.5 Ramble reserves the right to withhold or cancel any reward if it determines that the claim was made in violation of these Terms or through fraudulent means.

8. Safety and Personal Responsibility

8.1 Ramble is a location-based game that involves physical movement through real-world environments. Your safety is your sole responsibility at all times.

8.2 You acknowledge and accept the following:

(a) You must at all times be aware of your physical surroundings when using Ramble. You must not use the platform in a manner that distracts you from traffic, pedestrians, obstacles, or any other hazard.

(b) You must obey all traffic laws, pedestrian regulations, and road safety rules at all times while using Ramble. Do not cross roads without checking for traffic. Do not run into traffic, cycle lanes, or other hazardous areas in pursuit of a prize.

(c) During Live Drop Events, the competitive nature of the format may create urgency. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that any urgency you feel does not cause you to take risks with your physical safety or the safety of others.

(d) You must not use Ramble in locations that are unsafe, restricted, or prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: active construction sites, private property without permission, areas with restricted public access, or any location where your presence would constitute a legal violation.

(e) You accept full responsibility for your physical fitness and health when participating in activities involving physical movement. If you have any medical condition that may be affected by physical exertion, you should consult a medical professional before using Ramble.

(f) Ramble is not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage — whether physical, financial, or otherwise — arising from your use of the platform or your participation in any campaign or Live Drop Event.

8.3 Ramble is not intended for users under 16 years of age. If we become aware that a user is under 16, their account will be immediately terminated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 Ramble is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2 We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Campaign rewards will always be available when you attempt to claim them
• GPS location data will be perfectly accurate at all times
• The platform will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

9.3 Prizes and rewards are provided by participating businesses. Ramble does not guarantee the quality, value, availability, or delivery of any prize offered through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Free features — Gold, virtual assets, and gameplay

Ramble provides in-game currency (Gold), virtual properties, and all core gameplay features completely free of charge. We accept no liability of any kind for:

(a) Any loss of Gold, virtual properties, or in-game progress due to technical issues, server errors, account termination, or platform changes

(b) Any personal injury, accident, or property damage arising from your use of the platform or participation in any campaign or Live Drop Event

(c) Any failure by a participating business to honour a reward or prize

(d) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform

(e) Any data loss or security breach beyond our reasonable control

Since no payment is made for these features, no compensation or refund of any kind is available or owed.

10.2 Paid features — in-game upgrades purchased via cryptocurrency

For any paid services or in-game upgrades purchased through cryptocurrency or any other payment method:

(a) In the event of a failed transaction or non-delivery of purchased content, Ramble will investigate and resolve the issue within 14 business days

(b) Resolution may include providing the purchased content or issuing a full refund where the service cannot be delivered

(c) To report a failed transaction, contact us at hello@ramble.global with your transaction reference

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.4 Ramble is not responsible for any actions, omissions, or decisions made by participating businesses including but not limited to: refusal to honour a reward, changes to prize availability, or quality of goods or services provided.

10.5 Ramble is not liable for any loss of opportunity, including but not limited to: missing a Live Drop Event due to technical issues, GPS inaccuracy, or network connectivity problems on the player's device.

10.6 By using Ramble, you acknowledge that GPS technology is inherently imprecise and that location verification may not be perfectly accurate at all times. Ramble's GPS verification decisions are final.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Ramble platform are owned by SIA Falkors Group or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

11.2 By submitting any content to the platform (including reviews, comments, or shared content), you grant Ramble a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the platform.

12. Account Termination

12.1 You may delete your Ramble account at any time by contacting info@ramble.global. Upon deletion, all your data, Gold, virtual properties, and game progress will be permanently removed.

12.2 Ramble reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner that harms other users or participating businesses.

12.3 Upon termination for any reason, all in-game assets including Gold and virtual properties are forfeited without compensation.

13. Changes to These Terms

13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email where possible.

13.2 Your continued use of Ramble after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.3 If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may delete your account.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law, including the GDPR and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

14.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence within the EU.

14.3 If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
